Project Reality is aimed at realism. These features would not be... realistic :roll:
I recommend that you try COD4 its probably more your style :)

Your suggestions don't really fit into the greater scheme of PR. The larger sniper rifles have been experimented with, but they're just not that useful, and there is too much noob rush for them.
