ok i have two suggestions,

1) Ok the commander thing is pretty cool the way it is but what if the commander had to be at a radio table (like FH2) to issue orders, that would require him/her to stay at a base and stay on the radio. The radios should be destroyable tho.

2) This one is about the planes. In planes i think that you should have to slow down and have the cockpit open before you can bail out because in real life you dont just jump thru the side of the plane, and yes its not possible cause they did it on FH2.

im all for suggestion 1, but in response to 2. These things are fighter jets, they have ejector seats. The "jumping from the side" think is to simulate those.

The mod takes place in 2008+. Radios are much much much smaller and mobile then almost 70 years ago. Hell the transmitters are the size of a wallet for the most part. And planes/pilots today don't just open their canopies and jump out. The canopy is blown away from the aircraft and then the pilots are lunched out by a zero zero seat to a safe distance from the aircraft. I'm not even sure that can be done in the BF2 engine.

and today planes also have ejction seats, which can not really be implemented, but because of them you do not always have to open the cockpit to exit
