How bout the shock/blurr effect when shot

As it is the red "Blood" frameing your screen tends to disorintate you some. At least it does me. It really lets you know that now would be a good time to move. I don't feel any added blurring is neccesary as usually if your hit, the second "kill" shot is allready headed your way and usually you ARE dead if someone gets the drop on you, and quickly.

Since 1.2 my fps has taken a *SEVERE* hit with the blur effect. I'm completely gimped when having the effect (fighting at 2-5 fps aint very fun). If I always had it when hit I would hardly be able to fight at all.
