disable need to be in same squad to operate..
I Seen That You Cant Be Gunner/Driver Of Vehicle If The First Driver/Gunner(That Entered First) Is Not In You Squad, But Why They Have To Be In Same Squad? And It Even KILL You So Fast!

First of, chill out with the capital letters. It's so annoying to read when every damned word starts with a capital
.
Now to give you the answer. One word - C O M M U N I C A T I O N .
How do you want to communicate with your gunner/drive if he's in a different squad?
Typing just won't work and VOIP is hardcoded, so you can only talk to your squad.

Danny, are you perhaps used to lonewolfing style gameplay where no one has a microphone or willing to communicate with teamwork? Because it could only be that with a complete lack of voip that no one would care about the issue of gunner/driver absolutely needing communication.
The POV is different for the two positions, one is higher that the other, you can see different things. The gunner needs to be able to communicate that he is reloading or changing ammo types, the delay of which doesn't affect the vanilla style of gaming.
The gun elevation restrictions are critical too when you aren't on flat ground, a quick voip message to correct is necessary many times.
Firing on the move needs critical and timely voip communication. To effectively fire on the move at targets it is real handy for the gunner to be able to tell the driver when he would like to take a shot on the move, plus the driver can give notice he is about to drive on the flat, or in a straight line, to allow aimed shots on the move.
Intense fighting means typing messages is pretty much impossible, so a gunner passong messages to the driver by holding down a key and talking quickly over voip is enough to warn the driver about the amount of shells left in the vehicle till a timely gap in fighting appears to go and get a rearming.
With the slightly different viewpoints, a gunner can quickly inform the driver that troops with explosives and mines are moving in on the armour, allowing the driver to shoot out and put distance between them and the enemy.
All this COULD NOT be done timely with text, so the whole issue of requiring a squad to control a vehicle, not anybody from mixed squads, becomes so valid that to question it suggests a lack of understanding of just how the game is played right now. Changes to the vanilla style of gameplay are designed to increase enjoyment in playing PR, to increase teamwork which in turn increases enjoyment. Many people come away from PR games noticing the lack of frustrated buzzing in their head from the somewhat soulless gameplay style in vanilla.

No way man.
Too many times I had some idiot to jump to my tank/APC while I was waiting for my fellow crewman. If there wouldn't be for the requirement and kill then I would spend 10 minutes telling these freaks to GTFO.
If the squad is full then create a new one and wait for another asset.
I'll even go that far to say that armored vehicle manned by people from different squad is worse than solo-crewed one...

The same-squad requirement is one of the best things about PR, end of story.
If squads are full and you want to drive the vehicle with a particular guy who's in a full squad, start your own squad up with him.

Danny.... your the god damn idiot that not only TKed all my squad on BA but also whiped out the entire firebase aswell and got yourself banned today didnt you...
Not that I hold a grudge, but there's a reason they don't let people like you in tanks.
You didnt just TK once you did it a bunch of times. Even Noobs arnt that dumb to make thouse mistakes repeatedly you blatantly did it on purpous. Perhaps youd be best staying AWAY from the tanks in future.

Saw more of the same on another server on basrah.
More on topic: I lost the attack helo today, because my SL decided to be a right twat and kick me out of the squad repeatedly (for no reason) and then lock it... But, I think that this should definitely stay, we always get to the conclusion, the players are hardcoded.

in PR you Need to be able to communicate between gunner and driver.
otherwise you'll be typing "gunner- enemy HA*BOOM*...T"
communication is a key part of PR.
I somehow anticipate flame-storm....

Anticpation shared.
Avoidance necessary, expectation thus negated.
Locking.
