hm, when your stamina is on low you hear that breath sound sometimes it got weird loop effect, you can simply fix it - put some silence on the begining of the sound. [2 sec i think]

It's a known bug in the PR Wiki.

I think it's making up for the lack of sprint by "echoing". It happens in vanilla when you jump a lot.
