Muttrah City and 0.5

Hei, Muttrah was the reason why me and my friends played this game, i think other players think the same.
So can u get us that map back? I played so much hours on this map!
And PR 0.5 was the best mod ever, the new mods were all so bullshit!
Sorry i respect your work but its my mind!
I hope at any day Muttrah will come back...

EPIC shame I can only play old muttrah on singelplayer since I didnt join when people say that pr had its golden age of .5.

mark my words: .5 was NOT the golden age of PR. it is way better now. .5 was still quite vanilla ;) . i know, it's a matter of taste but i really endorse the suppression effect, the deviation tweaks and the removal of SL spawn (though when it was introduced i was like: omgwtf i'll never be able to keep my squad together).

well its really down to player taste, I would say the most "fun" version of PR for me was v0.5, and the pop stats and all the stats we have show that v0.5 was especially our most successful version. Thou no doubt alot has been improved since then for me its not as fun as it was now, but everyone has there own taste :)

i love .75, but .5 was the most playable version, thats true, but i don't want it back

yap. .5 was great. big fun. it was the version that got me hooked on PR. but i like the increased difficulty in the new releases and the tactical depth that has been introduced. .5 was like:

get the SL in a safe position and have the squad spawn on him all the time => flag is easily defended.

and tactics like: defend here, SL will move to next flag, as long as he isn't there spawn on rally. when SL is at next flag, all spawn in on SL and take it. travelling by spawning so to say ;) . now it is more difficult to get a squad from A to B. and that, i like.

0.5 was great until people started spawning in grenadiers all the time and used light AT against single soldiers they could kill with a rifle. :/
