I would like to know as well. I am thinking of offering my services as a PRMM sig maker but I would like permission to use the tags first so I can try them out.

I think it seems to be dev/testing team only, not sure though...

The "official" word is that only Devs and R-PUB members can use the dogtags.
I have however seen som "unofficial" use of the tags.
I would reccommend you do NOT use the tags until they are "released" to the whole community.

I spoke to Requiem on this matter and he said they are planning to allow them for use. But for now they are tester and devs only.

Bit of a shame too as I finished a really nice sig with it and thought it'd be best to ask...

If you're wondering if you may use them as a tester you need to see if you have access to the testers forums. If you do, you may use the tags and you will find the PDF file within. If you don't then I'm affraid you'll have to wait a bit longer.

It's something I believe would be given to you if you are on official tester.

No, it's an "extended" beta test of the 0.25 and it does not mean you are enlisted as an official betatester.
If you were, you would be able to access a "hidden" forumsection that only the official testers have access to.
