can you make the VOIP when your commander louder. receiving
or is it just another cant because of engine

You can adjust the volume of squads or commander in the Audio menu of bf2.... if its not loud enough drop everything else down quarter of the way except commander and then turn your speakers UP... that way everything will still be audable but commander will be louder then everything else...
