Adrenaline
My idea is when a bullet comes close enough to give the suppression effect but doesn't actually hit you it will give you an adrenalin rush and let you sprint a little faster or sprint without depleting your stamina bar. If you think about it when bullets are landing near you do you really think you're gonna stop sprinting to rest? Is this possible?

I just think that for the purpose of realism we need to implement an adrenaline rush. Being shot at has its downsides like being scared s**tless and possible death, so your body tries to balance it out a bit by doing such things as giving you an adrenaline rush to give you the best chance of survival possible and I feel that these effects are important to help achieve the goal of realism and immersion.

You must remember that this is after all a realisim mod for the vbf2 engine, that being said, this might not be possible, and if it is will it really add much?Ghost716 wrote:I just think that for the purpose of realism we need to implement an adrenaline rush. The last suggestion was that you could overcome the supression effect by paying off all your sprint bar.
but to be fair I don't like the idea, like most people commented on the last thread like this, it wasn't really realistic. after that people would want riot shields, magic spells n other things that could overcome the suppression, IMO it's fine as it is

Ok, nice idea... yes, adrenaline gives people almost cartoon powers in real life. Thats true... but there is no way to make "fear" ingame.
When suppression is on you tell me? What about exploits? People running from one side of the map to the other shooting at their feet.
And doubt this is possible anyway.

Yeah! If you have adrenaline rush, you might also **** your pants and the smell should cause nausea to any soldier nearby, friend or foe! That coughing sound and the old pressure-effect would be cool. Running faster comes with a price.Shotgun wrote:does that mean that you can also shi* your pants and dive onto the ground
