teamkilling the enemy

i had a bug on basrah, everyone in the game was freindly, they all had name tags at close range and everything, they didnt show up on the maps. i started the game off by waiting for someone to get the sniper kit, then i was going to spot for them, so i just stuck with rifleman. we went out, lived for about 30min, died i got the sniper kit, we changed roles. the insugrents were not bugged yet. so as i was sniping with my spotter, more people join, were were moving south, when we got to about c8, i started to see the bug, one guy was running and i started to shoot, i hit him but it said i tked him. so i was like wtf. then a guy started to shoot at us close rangem i got up, but he had a blue nametag, so i was like wtf, i still shot him and it said i had tked him.

some other info, i didnt switch teams, the real squad leader left about half way then i became squad ledaer.

I've had something like this a while ago on kashan desert. I was playing on USMC side and I've had a 7th squad member... MEC soldier

I've seen him on the map as a squad member and he had friendly green tag over his head. I wanted to kick him out from the squad but I couldn't.

I had something like that on Zatar in 0.7 I shoot down a BH and it said I TKed. But no blue tags and no other TK when killing enemy.

In the same round had even more funny thing. I shoot almost straight in the air by central hill and I TKed some guy which was on the airport at this time... ???

Ive had this a few times you kill an enemy or an assett and you hear stop firing now soldier or getting minuspoints for team vehicle damage
thing is its veryvery seldom and random

Had a friend playing Qwai w/ me the other day on the Marines side.

He got dropped, came back in as Chinese but was allowed to spawn at Pig Farm. He said it showed me [marine] as being on the "other team".

We met up, he was a marine and so was i. He didnt have a tag at close range, neither did I.

He could hear Chinese VoiP and see their text, but could spawn at Marine CPs. he killed me as a test and didnt get a teamkill. Finally he died and he was then only allowed to spawn at Chinese CPs....

it was really strange.

That doesnt even sound so unrealistic, the bullet has to land somewhere, doesnt it? Didnt think the engine supported that.

vbf2 bug seen it there when I still played it. On vanilla gulf of oman we saw a a usmc and ran afterhim but he had a friendly name tag got a tk.
