Im having a major problem plz help

Hi guys i set up everything and had a play grt mod

Trouble is when i left the game and when i went to join a server again it got to 41% and failed. No crash or crash sound just went back to my desktop really wierd. I tried running a local server and same thing at 41% ? Sooooo i tried stock BF2 both on a server and local and same thing at 41% screen went back to desktop with no error or crash.

I rebooted a few times still no good

Any ideas guys?

Are you using Windows XP or Vista?

You did install both PR.7 AND pr.756 correct?

Try running it in windowed mode
right click your shortcut and go to properties, find this:

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe" +modPath mods/pr +menu 1 +fullscreen 1

in the Target line, and make it say

+fullscreen 0

instead of 1, this will run PR in windowed mode and give you an error message. Hopefully.

Other than that, maybe someone else can help more. Im not sure at what point in the loading 41% is without looking, something I dont have time for right now, unfortunately.
