Just remember, the longer things take, the better they will be in the long run...
This is not a flame, or a rant, but lets try and keep things in perspective and not to get on the backs of the guys who are making these things for us.
Just like @ the POE boards. The beta is released and I think it was less than 24 hours when the "when is the next update to the mod" type post was made. They are building a free mod, they dont "owe" us any updates. It's in the mods best interest to produce eye candy from time to time to drum up interest though.yeah i would like to see at least one more gun.

Just a question out of curiosity, nothing to do with demands of the team. But is it possible to make skins before BF:2 is released? Cause if you guys got all or most of the models/skins done before the mod was even released thatd take out a great deal of the work/time between the release of BF:2 and that of PR. I think that a quick start would do you well as mods are/were the most anticipated thing for BF:V. So being the first out of the gate may help the fan base in the long run. If you guys are releasing your 2nd update when other "awsome" mods are just coming out/being anticipated it will do a lot for you. Who knows, in 2 years PR devs could be getting bitched at for getting jobs

#1 We are making the models ahead of time to be simply coded and compiled as soon as the sdk comes out.
#2 Their is a whole lot more to this mod then simply models and skins. The majority of the work will be done by our military advisors and coders. The "Realism" is about the feel of the game not just pretty new models. Now pretty new models is a part of that feel, but seriously the gameplay is far more important for realism.
