Couldn't find a more appropriate spot to post this.

Hello!

I've been with PR for a few patches now, and just never got around to coming here.

I'm with |HBD| clan and we run 2 PR servers. One's on 24/7 Archer right now and the other is a wooded maps rotation with Fools Road, Mestia, 7 Gates, and Ghost Train. The latter doesn't seem to be populated, but Archer gets rocking quite often. I've seen one or two [R-CON] guys on there, and I recognize a few names here from around the servers (specifically battlearena's Al-Basrah server)

I was tasked to head up my clan's recent venture into the fantastic world of PR, so I figured it would be a good time to join up on the forums, meet you guys and stay up to date. It's also a great way to see what maps are currently popular. Seems like Kashan/Basrah/Archer get the servers filled the most. I've been trying differant combinations on our 2 servers, and only those 3 really get moving, even with 7 or 8 of us playing on other maps. Kind of a shame, since I love Qinling and Al-Burj too.

Gotta say though, that Insurgency is my preferred game type, and I can't wait to see it expand. The Archer addition was so awesome, since we now have 2 maps to play the mode on.

welcome i think it was me i love that map and game mode Insurgency it jsut rocks on basrha and then LAGG free whit the merlin

I must disagree with you on the maps that get played the most. Maybe servers play those the most but i know that all the other maps are played pretty often as well. Jabal is one of them actually and so is Quiling. As a matter of fact i must have played each of those maps twice yesterday.

I guess I don't check around enough to find Al-Burj and Qinling maps. I must be on at the wrong time. Every time I check the populated server list I see a field of Kashans and maybe an EJOD or Sunset City.

bad luck I suppose. Heh. Though Kashan is fun, it gets old day aftar day with no other maps in sight.
