Hello guys, I have a nice tool right here, CR-3 computer, usefull as im a flight dispatcher. It calculates the MACH using many factors.

MACH can be calculated in many ways. MACH speed is calculated using 6 parameters: TAS (true airspeed), MACH (can be used to find TAS), CAS (calibrated airspeed), ALT PRESSURE (29.92hg, used determinate airplane performance), INDICATED TEMPERATURE, and finally, OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE.

So, MACH is not a fixed value, it varies, depending if you are flying low or high.

V1 is the decision speed ''am I taking of, or do I brake (and eventually make my tires blow :) ) and also the MINIMUM take off speed.

While VR is the speed you need to achieve your ''performances goal'', eg: climb as fast as the plane can.

Sorry CAS, rotation speed, and every other air speed, is calculated in knots. Well... one exeption: PA-31 Navajo lol.

For the J-10 this is about 650-750. You won't lift off till 800 or so.

Is there any way to remove the "training wheels" or have the plane accelerate, as it descends, and decelerate when it ascends? Basically make it like reality? =D

Also: Reality is not balanced. If the J10 sucks in real life, than it should suck in the game. If the EF is amazing in real life, it should be amazing in the game. Of course the British are going to have a huge advantage over the Chinese when it comes to technology, they're more advanced!

Well the J-10 is outclassed by the EFT in reality. EFT is possibly getting thrust vectoring (and even without it can sustain a turn for much longer) so in ACM that is all that matters, missiles aside. The J-10 is closer to 1990's F-16/18 type aircraft.

Also try flying at high altitude. You start to lose control and fly away into the sunset for eternity. This happens due to the fact that your plane is more affected by the momentum of your ascent than it is by the force of gravity pulling it down.
umm, its cus maps have a airdensity setting in them, right now airdensityzero is at 5000, so if you climb the air gets less dense, so your plane goes faster/ you cant controll it, it is so people can go and fly at 10000 feet, it is like the out of bound but for planes.

yea, and it's quite gay.... out of bounds for planes... pssh... that happens to me on kashan and then i try and pull out of it and fly off the map and get that "return back to base you scrangly dog!" boom killed....

In that case:

PLA: 2x J-10
UK: 1x EF

I noticed in vBF2 There was always an extra amount of time a jet could be out of bounds, or the jets had a different limit than the other vehicles, what about that?
