Am I the only one who thinks that blowing up Apcs/tanks/transports is kind of weak sometimes there is barely and explosion and the car just turns into a black carcass witch looks really stupid. Also there is usly only a small lil fire on the wreck after like someone lit a camp fire, I mean if you blew up a loaded m1a1 or warrior/schimitar with full ammo don't you think it would keep blowing up popping raging fire and smoke.

Maybe you can make it so after so much damage cars/apcs/tanks just shut down all together so the crew is forced to get out while it burns explodes etc forcing anyone around to flea. I know cosmetics isnt at the top of the list but just some suggestions to make it more satisfying blowing the **** outa your foes.

Sorry if its been suggested i looked twice at the list seen nothing.

Well, one can kill vehicles in multiple ways... not all of them have to have the whole thing blow up... Mobility Kill, for one, where the treads are screwed, but the thing can still shoot you (hardcoded). But if you do get secondaries, then yeah, I think the vehicle should go out with a bang!

Some people have been saying there should be more impressive vehicle deaths. But the resultant black carcass seems like the only logical inevitable conclusion with this engine.

There was a rather good thread about vehicle wrecks (i'll see If I can drudge it up) talking about making the disabled turret movement etc more prominent rather than entire vehicle death.

Although your suggestion is reasonably realistic, and would be awesome. I dont think it would impact gameplay that much <- so if any of the devs actually want to do it- I guess they will be busy getting 0.8 stuff done.

ID say not make it a black husk, maybe stick the turret in a foward position and maybe have holes textured on it, like in ArmA
