Well was on tonight,and found 1 bug and 1 problem
1) You need binos at least for Officer Kit, without them its very difficult made double by it being at night and also, NO JDAM :( :(
2) Glowing Helipads, not too sure if this is same as glowing vehicles, but when you turn the NVG on, it glows

i have some feebacks from the map:

first of all, i loved it! this is my #1 map :D

and i hope i see this in 0.8 :D
but we need to have binocs with no binocs we cant laser designate or JDAM :P

i was playing today, there are a few things that need to be changed.

first off in the sky.con file the fog is set at


Renderer.fogStartEndAndBase 0.10/200.00/3.00/0.40

so it starts at 0.1meters ends at 200m, this is way too small, there is no reason to limit how far people can see on a nightmap, cus you cant see anything anyways. if this was done you could still see a bit without night vision, right now it is just bad.

What made me lol yesterday is that many people just shoot for no apparent reason. When you ask "do you see any hostiles?" you get a reply "no, i'm just enjoying my tracers" :lol:

Quick question: In Bi-Ming night i noticed that without NVGs infantry kind of "glowed" when under 100 meters away. Was that fixed for this one?

You can't have binocs & NVG as they share the same item index number in kits, naturally that can be changed but still :)

Here are some files you can all add to your server.zip (the server will need updating with these files too afterdune). I've made a couple of quick tweaks to the sky and nightvision view distances, this will mean you can see further with and without the nightvision, fires will show up at the full view distance etc. I don't think people seem to care about gamma hacking so here you go:

I found out something wierd... i didn't have the suppression effect with the night vision... without its just like normal.

You won't have the new suppression effect because the night vision uses different shaders.

Ok guys, i just got the binocs in the map:

Problem: i had to remove the knife

Good: Now all have binocs and officers/spec ops have SIMRAD
more fun to play :p

you will have to press "1" instead of 7 for nightvision !

this also contains the new fix to DR_RANK :D
!THIS DOES NOT EFFECT REGULAR PR, YOU CAN PLAY ALL OTHER MAPS WITH THIS ADD!

i will put up the files if you guys want, need to hear from you first if we want to try this out
