Even using the search button, I did not find anything. So here is my idea.

I'm sure its not possible, but we must do something about thse new pilots. Everyday, I see pilots running right into a wall, because they doesnt know that taxi is required prior to take off. SO, devs, PR being a mod, would it be possible to create a new ''menu'' called ''Qualifications'' or something? So our soldiers down there would not have to wait 20 minutes to get CAS? Basically, the idea is that you have to prove you can fly before you are allowed to fly in a public server. Killing npc's with strafing runs, dogfights, etc. I know a training mod exists for that, but not everybody does. Please, DO SOMETHING!!!

Been discussed, not really feasible unless you mandated ABR on all servers, which would be a nightmare.

well you could try to determine that air assets would have less respawn time if destroyed inside the main base. This way if someone without experience destroys the asset while trying to take off then it would spawn right back and be available for some other pilot.

Is this possible?

I personnaly love that idea. It Would make the game better.

what if some one crashes the jet on landing? after just taking out 2 other jets and destroying a bunch of tanks etc? :p

Isn't there a code or something to deal with that? I mean, I don't know how you guys program it, I'm just wondering... When you reach 600KTS its 20 mins, anyway, at 600KTS, you are, for sure, in the air, no?

Why not just time based? Like if time = 5min and then crash, instant respawn. If time = more then 5min usual spawntime.

I would like to have a Dev opinion on that topic. Of course noobs fly and will fly, even not knowing what they are doing. Please do something about it.
