M4 Red Dot problem (?)

Ok, I'm not sure if this was a function of PRSP, but when I was walking around on Al Basrah, the Red Dot stayed perfectly centered, but the whole 2D texture moved around. Is this being fixed in .8?(if it's a bug of PR, or PRSP, and not BF2 wouldn't know if its a vBug since I never really walked around with the spec op kit with the sights up)
Might want to hold up on flaming me if this is a vBug, when I get home I'll check it. Until than, it's school work for me :-(

The red dot is an element of the HUD, so it is separate from the 2d blur texture. Its just that maybe due to the new scale of the texture, that the fact that the dot doesn't move is more obvious.

Yeah I was thinking that might be the case. Hmm, I doubt I would have noticed in in vBF2 if that be the case. Thanks for that one.
