I hope this gets finished soon, and 3d sights, I havent seen an update on that thread ina bit! Could we get a video of beta ballistics with 3D sights? THat would make some nerds on here cream themselves

So it din't work with detonation.explosionDamage, but it may work with normal damage.

I'm not sure if i'm allowed to do that. There are some rules I have to follow. But maybe I'll make a vid soon if it's fine with Devs.

Another avenue to investigate may be whether or not the damage modifiers for the projectile/destination materials can have a random distribution. There is, as you said, a possibility of it working with conventional damage.[R-CON]Mosquill wrote:And here's the quote.

I died? No one told me about this ><. Uni is going fine (by my exceptional low standards). I just spent 3.5 hours in a lab today, fiddling with amplifiers and various circuitry which I have no idea about. I guess that was a wasted effort.Jonny wrote:@ Nedlands:

right now the info is all in excel and notepad, i gave mosquill a excel sheet with all the info, he is tweaking the excel calculator and when it is done he will start to pump out the zero angles and bullet masses for each gun.

The ballistics are 99% done. Zeroing and 3d sights are WIP but it shouldn't take long. And if you really wanna know, I would say it should be done in a few days.

jonny i am wondering how to measure k. i am going to then change things and see if it effects it. also do the devs want realistics damage drop off put into the ballistics?
