The forums keep telling me to post as it has been several weeks, perhaps if they were smarter they would indicate it has been several years. Last activity says November '06.
Having recently coming back to PR I decided to check the official boards to see what had been happening, and I noticed my old signature linked me back to a thread that I used to maintain in Australia to get the mini-mod off the ground. This thread took me down memory lane and it spawned another thread letting the newer players know of what and how PRMM got started. That thread can be found here.
Now to get to the point, on this night (a couple of hours from now and GMT+10) 2 whole years ago, Project Reality (Mini Mod 0.3) had it's first ever populated game in Australia with a maximum of 22 players. In the two years since, the Australian PR community, whilst small, has moved on in leaps and bounds and this thread is just me taking the time out to give a heartfelt Thanks to all the people that have worked on, been involved with, and propagated ideas to make what PR is today.
Happy Anniversary Project Reality. Thank you Project Reality Devs.

Ohhhh yeah! Thanks so much to the PR devs/cons/community and their tireless efforts! Absolutely terrific mod and by far the best game I have ever played on PC. There is just no contest! I look forward to what PR is going to evolve into, and I hope that the devs can stick together and bring PR to a new engine in the future, so that our insatiable hunger for their mix of realism and fun can continue for many years to come, with new features, smexxy non-EA graphics
and a whole barrel of fun.
Thanks so much and keep up the great work!
Edit: And thank you so much for the server license! I believe it had a huge impact on the effectiveness of our N/A team in the 10v10 ladder that we run. Many hours were spent searching nooks and crannies, as well as farting around on the big training maps
