Is it the server or my system?

Hello and thanks in advance to any who may be able to answer this.I usually play al basra at battlearena,my question:sometimes the graphics are intense,meaning the helipad at main has detailed BRIGHT yellow markings,roads are paved and marked with white lines etc. other times it is just a dirt road,no markings,light or no helipad outlines etc.Do settings change on servers? OR is it just my crummy system? ops ell c521 6150LE integrated.1.5 gig ram. no upgrade suggestions plz am playing while i recuperate from injury!

Sounds like your graphics settings are being messed up. Recently, EA's been having server errors, booting many to the log-in menu. If you encounter this message, you must Quit the game, load it back up, and all of your settings will be back to normal.

So, nah, it's not your system or the server. It's EA's master server hosted by GameSpy. Hopefully they'll fix it.

HEY thanks! by the way i play as xxCOPExx .. quit and restart does the trick! not much of a problem though,wanted to know if others had this also.see ya in PR.....unless you see me first
