You died because the vehicle should have had two crewman. The idea with PR is they put rules into the game that make certain tactics unadvisable, unsustainable and unrealistic
Try thinking of things in a different way, avoid playing without a working squad using voice because this game plays poorly otherwise :/

Btw I think the apc dying like that loses the uk team 10 tickets plus your death that makes 11 tickets or 7.3% of the total score from just one mistake!

I always play with squads, and full vehicles, but today I was just trying to make a test video, so I waited for a few, and couldn't find a gunner, so I just left. I thought it was funny until I just learned about all those depressing facts. That's not how I usually play though, I love being a squad leader with 5 men who work with me well. Makes for the best game play in any game!

But that was my second time using a APC and I've been playing pr since .6. I got in another one and played for the first time today. (with a driver) Uploading that video right now. I figured out how to record with out too much lag like my first video, so I hope to have some good videos soon!

wegame.com is probably the best one for recording entire games without lag. Fraps would take an entire hard disk if you tried that

Yeah, soloing is usually not wise in PR, especially Basrah with all of those suicide vehicles. However, there are times when it's very useful. Go ahead and flame me for it, but soloing can be helpful when you can't get a good gunner/driver.

Like I said I just used it for the first time, I'm usually just infantry. I was in a rush because I wanted to make my first video, so I waited, and it took too long so I left. After that I re-spawned with someone and teamed up. Look at my gameplay 3 video, as we leave you can see the red truck and my apc burning from before. I been playing for a long time, but I still have LOTS to learn. Never used a helo, jet, or attack helo, and I used a tank once. I've been playing and checking this site since .6. I need to try new things I guess. I just wish the few full servers weren't always on the same few maps.
