[Help!] 3ds max toolbar broken

Well my 3ds max just broke. I decided to go on 3ds max but exited it quickly because my comp was being slow. So I get on just 10 minutes ago and the toolbar has blank squares..

Sometimes that happens, just reload the UI file from customize -> Load custom UI -> find the UI folder under 3dsmax

Lol what I did was redownloaded it like 3 times all gave the error thing for vista. So I redownloaded the service pack and only the graph things fixed. I right clicked on the toolbar and clicked customize and reset it. So fixed. How did my toolbar automatically disapear though?

I also have one more question why does the model go blank when I rotate with alt plus scroll clicker.




It happends when I try to look around the model.

I think you push "o" to fix that, but I'm not sure.

Vista and Max dont play well right now. They go hang out and have a good time, but they have those moments where they go "why do I like this guy again?"
