war time

Post by maz.uk »

about time we got into a real battle, one country and usa want it!

we are splitting this in to 3 stages (maps)

1st jabal beach landing

2nd ejod central city area

3rd kashan long plains and remote outposts

you win a map then move on to the next map you lose a map you move back a map (true to real life)

usa need to push mec back to kashan and win that map to win the war

mec just need to stop usa getting control of jabal and keep them there

one map a weekend due to the time lengh 4 hours per map

64 size maps

1000 tickets per map

no ticket bleed if the devs agree

this should push team work to the max and be a truly hard fight

open to all players

still a lot of work to do yet so will update you on a start date closer to the time

1,000 tickets with no bleed on maps that don't penalise teams for the loss of vehicular assets will take months to play out and become very very boring after the fourh hour fighting over the same CP again and again.

thats the hole point 4 hours to win the map fair and square ,if usa dont take it after two trys war over and usa not worthy simple , as far as being boring its just the same as any map theres a time limit ? once its reached game over

Sounds interesting, but just think of the lag and load time.

Can´t see the lag/load time being any different?

Anyway, I have played a round of kashan that ended up with about 7 people a side that lasted over 3 hours and I had great fun. Why? Who I was playing with...

I think a battle like this could be quite epic, even though 4 hours is a long time. Maybe it can be reduced a bit in tickets or whatever. For me it depends on the day/time really.

with the intrest from other clans looks like it will be a good night ,we play for more than 4 hours a night anyway ,just one stock map is about 3 hours long we can adjust tickets up or down dosnt really mater ,its the consept of winning all the maps thats the main part ,its reality mod just trying to get some real style battles in play thats wot are trying to achieve,
the main idea has come from real life soilders in my clan rather than just play map after map so a mini war just makes things differant :)
