I'm new to PR about 2 or 3 months, 1st let me say it is Great what you guys have done is perfect for the More adult or mature gamer. Is there any plans for Artillery either fixed that can be called in by spotters or Mobile? I saw something about Motars that would be cool also

Hi there, welcome to the forums 
Artillery has been suggested many times before. It may be implimented in future releases, most likely in the form of mortars.
However, as this has come up before I'm going to lock the thread. Please do make use of the search function of the forums (look to the top right of the boards) and read the "already suggested suggestions" thread.

The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.
