A lot of the shooter game's i play on x360 and other consoles you can't go prone there's only a few that I've played that you can go prone. Battlefield 3 would most likely have prone ability in it ;)

right let them wait but don't switch. if your going to switch keep it hidden and announce the last release and 2 days after have a Dev Journal post showing new stuff using new engine.

Yea you can't go prone in BF:BC (i have the demo on my PS3,so I know for sure) ,but who knows they could possibly fix that sometime,like for BF3...which will have the frostbite engine...

guys if pr needed to have a little bit more inprovment it should just hop to 2142, it is 99% the same as bf2, but there are sooo manythings that would be possible.

Then we have to remind us, not that many own a copy of 2142. We have to see how BF3 manages to attract buyers as the other 1942, Vietnam and BF2 has done. I see upcoming "Americas Army 3.0" is using the Unreal Engine 3.
