The QBZ-95B Carbine is indeed used, at least by the Chinese Navy.
I think this weapon should be created in the mod.

It is not an airsoft gun.
This photo is taken during the event of a Chinese ship visiting Japan.

Already in, I believe, as the tankers crewman kit, as azn said. Unless of course theres a number in there that makes this a super barely different model. But yes, the carbine version of the main chinese rifle is in the game 
And neutron, i think it already is used as the spec ops kit as well in PR. I may be wrong there, as I dont play spec ops... but to my knowledge, it is in PR for crewman AND spec ops kits.
