Helicopters Spinning on Ground
Maybe it would be a good idea, in the interest of realism, to prevent helicopters from rotating after they have landed. This might also force pilots to be more cautious about landing spots, meaning that the helicopters could be around longer than normal.

Sorry, I meant the actual helicopter, not the rotors. Perhaps 'rotating' is a better word.

Can they not normally rotate on the ground, I guess the landing gear would be one reason why not

as a pilot i see it really useful, although not tht realistic. but its really a small thing, and doesnt make me choose bad landing spots. (?) its not enough of a big deal tht it REALLY needs to be changed idk.

Re: Helicopters Spinning on Ground
well one thing i hope the devs have done is remove the annoying TAXI controlls (joystick back means movign backwards and vice versa) on the choppers by .8. To counter that i usually put the chopper in abotu 20% thrust (maybe a little less) Moving the joystick back or foreward doesnt make it go shooting foreward of backwards, but in that case, it would also mean that the chopper would be able to rotate the chopper left and right when landed at that thrust. All the weight on it is gone basically. I dont see too much need to stop them from rotating, and it would be more pain for the devs than needed.
