One parachute per spawn

I didn't see this on the list, so now I shall post it!

Don't you think it's more realistic to only have parachute per spawn as a pilot? Because, parachutes do take an awfully long time to rewrap you know. :\ Or is that hardcoded? (this has nothing to do with parachute spawning)
