Why is Spec. Ops. have no parachute?

Grapple FTUW. I'll take a grapple any day over a 'chute. Though admittedly on some maps it would be nice to be able to para some halfway decent firepower in behind the lines.

Most maps seem to have some kind of heli on them. That's all you need to para-drop forces behind enemy lines, What would be really nice is for spec ops to have both a parachute, and a grappling hook. As both have their uses, but one isn't really better then the other.

The grappling hook is all well and dandy once you're where you need to be, and simply need to get a better vantage point, or whatever. But the parachute would be perfect for getting you there in the first place. And after all these are SPECIAL OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS, so giving them a parachute AND a grappling hook doesn't seem too unreasonable.
