I like PR very much so, but I was wondering on the following;

1) would it be possible say on some maps to have no scopes att all except the sniper and marksmen, hear me out... sometimes it can be really frustrating to be constanly hit by people you cant see... I know that in reality the infantry are equipped with scopes.. but is it possible to create some kind of situation where the infantry have no scopes... this goes back to the 0.4 days.. when EJOD desert used to be so much fun, it was close combat, it was was exhillaerating fun... also this may provide a little training for new players to get comfortable with project reality before hitting the big time and playing with all the bells and whistles...

Im not saying that all maps should have no scopes, but perhaps some of the older maps could be brought back.. maps like muttrach city version 1, and mao valley , strike at karkland 2 and so on...

2) this may sound a bit noobish, but would it also be possible to bring back the 0.5 al basrah, just beacuse it really was so much fun.. im not saying change the current al basrah with the older version but have it on as an additional map... no matter what some peopel may say.. that is it encouages noobish behaviour and so on, but it used to be so much fun.. there were quite a few servers who used to have just that map on...i Really miss that sound of the A10 as it flew into the city.. and the cobras..

3) ok so theres my requests, so now for my own persaanl take on 0.7, I think 0.7 is of high quality, the sound effects are just pure class... the suppresssion effects are great as well, only nag i have really is that there is no gun sway.. or that guns are just way too acuarte... should there be a delay for accuarcy for a few seconds every time the soldier moves... this way people cant just prone , aim and fire.. it is quite annoying when that keeps happening...

suggestion 1 + 2 seem completely at odds with 3 - you can't decide what you want :P
For my 2 cents, 0.5 Basrah was a one-sided griefer infested disaster and the awful BF2 engine makes CQC uncomfortable and awkward. The latte suggestion is good - the guns are too accurate when every second kill is a one shot headshot

1: i guarantee its not gonna happen. if its not realistic, the devs usually say no {and rightfully so}

as for the older maps, well muttrah is getting an update, karkand i think will go to the israeli forces, and the others im not sure but this has been suggested a bunch of times before.

2. this has also been suggested many times, and it always causes huge debate. i personally would love to see it happen, and there was a server a while back that had a .5 night, but other than that the only way you can really play .5 basrah anymore is with the single player mod.

3. also suggested many many times, gun sway isnt possible with the bf2 engine iirc, i coudl be wrong. and in case you havent noticed there is a delay in being able to fire accurate, if you run and stop, then immediately fire your gun you wont be able to hit ****. you have to wait a couple seconds. and if there was a good solution for prone diving, the devs would have implemented it a long time ago.

I agree with 2, but it would need some tweaking if it was to ever happen (which in itself is unlikly)

You can go download PR Single Player (@Community Modding forum) where they still have the old 0.5 version available to download and you can play it along with the new one.

Weapon accuracy is already being redesigned by me. Weapon sway will be simulated, firing from the hip will have a much wider cone of fire, and scope times will be increased from 0.08 to ~0.7 seconds. This means that players will have to stop moving, scope in, pause, then fire (instead of insta-move/scope/fire) to hit anything at a distance.
