Patch 1.22 is out
http://www.bf2rankedservers.com/forums/
Look under the Game Test Forum section and see that there is a new BF2 1.22 Testing forum.
Something to watch out for, I hope it doesn't break PR.

What do you mean?'[R-DEV wrote:eggman']I think this is likely a 1.22 update ahead of Armored Fury.
The only new stuff I can think of, aside from models and vehicles, might be how they are going to implement the scout helicopters.

By that I mean perhaps they are doing something new around target designation with the scout helicopters. They had a laser target designation system partially completed with the SIMRAD.Pence wrote:What do you mean?
I'm hopeful that they have done something that will give us modders a leap up on implemeting things like a SOFLAM type target designator without having to write the thing ourselves from scratch.
Aside from the scout helicopters, the other stuff just looked like more "mod and map" stype content.. really nothing new in tehrms of how it works.
Tho I do like the A10

Gazelle's that can designate targets for Lynx, Apache and Close support Aircraft like the F-35 would be soooo cool!
Thanks egg.

Man, I've played dozens of games over the last few years, and I have to say that DICE is the absolute worst game producer ever.
I mean, we've had six patches since the release of the game, all to fix shit that DICE should have caught when they were making the damn game!
Biggest, morons, ever.
I congradulate the DEV team on their great work with a horrible product.

I guess DICE dont have time for anythink.'[R-PUB wrote:Szarko']LOL their were too busy with 2142 to patch corectly, and model C2 and other things from EF properly.
Poor Model quality, 2142, Armoured Fury, 2142 patches and a depleating communtiy. £50 says DICE is out of profit by 2007.
