with all the talk of maps recently, i was just thinking about my favorite map in game right now, and i was wondering what others liked. my favorite map is Kashan desert. ive had a lot of fun games on that map. its also a long game too, which allows for less frantic gameplay and more strategizing. with a good team, you can really have some fun incorporating armored, air and infanry units. it also has a good balance of environments, urban (north and south village) hilly areas, bunkers, and of course wide open space. although others will disagree, i think that the game needs a few more maps that are as large as Kashan due to the reasons stated above.
id like to hear you guys opinion oon all of this, whats your favorite maps? and why do you like them so much?

I personally like Qinling a lot. I don't know why, but the village by the lake and the coal mine just seem cool to me. I've had some good matches on Kashan as well. the infantry battles around the bunkers are pretty great.

Kashan is cool, not a favourite though, since many servers plays it all the time.
I love tank hunting in it.
Jabal rules. Especially with the new birds. Oman was suckage, but in PR is actually a favourite. Carrier assaults are awesome, and holding the invaders off is just as cool.

bi-ming, nice loading music and enough cover for good infantry violence.

Re: Favorite maps
Depends on the mood I am in (sometimes I do want a bit of infantry) and the players on the team I guess.
But mostly, kashan and qinling where there is room for maneuver and CAS can become a reality.
I also used to very much like street. The problem I find, is even EJOD 16 is too big when I feel like a good infantry battle. Street maybe was a little bit limited, but it was great to get stuck straight into the action. Of course, street with a low amount of player. Sometimes with 64 it was a laugh, but up to 20 was great.
