Re: Chinese military using Battlefield 2 to train its troops
It would be very interesting to see a translation of the website posted there.
And if some people can tone it down and show some respect for a professional army we might actually get someone who speaks the language well to put their head above the parapet and post a decent translation for us.
The sooner the chinese people aren't portrayed as poor, bootleggers, etc, the better learning about other cultures breeds understanding, something a lot of people in the world need to spend more time doing.
Can we have some more info if anyone knows anything?

the chinese accents are horrible, the things they say are overly formal but I can usually live with it, its not really that much of an annoyance with so many other things to think about during a game.
Also, probably chinese, the program is on CCTV - 7 a mainland TV station, I'#m not sure if it's the "army channel" i saw when i was last in china but it may be. The bottom left of the pics say that its a report on "military affairs" (chinese always translated horribly into english) and the end user overlayed caption that is larger and in white says "mice who go to lessons" (make of it what you will, its the name of the blog)
WIll try and have a look at the actual post, but its in trad chinese so it's more difficult for me to read.
And thank you darkpowder!
