It is hard to say exactly what is coming out for 0.8. Falllujah is not confirmed (I hope yet).

They have not told us really any maps coming out in 0.8, and i don't think they ever will. We know Muttrah will because of the mass-building pics over 2 releases.

really we have confirmed no maps to be in v0.8, since we are all volunteers, we all work in our own time and try to meet deadlines, we cant always complete the work on time etc. Many things dont get in releases. A lot of the maps we have show cased recently will not be in v0.8

West Fallujah is a tight one, Duckhunt is still with the Royal Marines and only gets time to work on Fallujah at nights and some weekends on his laptop, providing hes not shattered. We have very little communication with him, and chances are Fullujah wont be in v0.8

Muttrah how ever will be in the release, the question is really how much detail I can put in before the time runs out hehe. The map is more or less done, it just needs detail, crates, sign posts, benches etc and when we are talking of the biggest BF2 city map ever made for BF2 (not including unreleased maps, ppl have "started" 4km city maps) it is kinda hard to get all the detail in. My general plan is to get as much done for v0.8, w/e dont get done for v0.8 ill finish off for v0.85
