Americans cannot go in Mosque on Muttrah v2

And the thing about US troops entering a mosque, yeah I am sure that US troops smashed a gate, purposly destroyed supplies meant for civilians, then went inside a Mosque...Then they stepped on the Iraqis, hmph...

This story would have been bigger had they had a video tape or credible evidence or something, then it would have been all over the BBC for 6 straight weeks! I hardly doubt that this really happened, that non-Iraqi soldiers entered a Mosque, that food supplies were purposufully destroyed, that they were stepped on(also a great insult besides just being stepped on), and that the troops just didn't care, destroying a Mosque and doing all of this.

Not that I have strong nationalism or am "tricked by American propaghanda" but I just simply don't believe that US troops would do something so blatent, disrespectful to a people who we are trying to get respect from, and so insulting.

United States Armed forces are not allowed to enter a Mosque, that seems as...stupid...as the movie "The Kindgom" where an American team goes into Saudi Arabia to find a terrorist. How more offensive could it get(if it were real life)? They have a woman on their team. WOW. I hardly doubt that American policy makers would allow US Troops to do anything offensive, at this point as it was when we entered Iraq, but more so, we need to be as little offensive to them as possible, and allowing 50 Christian Americans isn't a great idea. (no, most likley all of them won't be Christian, but all American).

The part about Saudi Arabia well Saudi Arabia hasn't been willing to enter any coalition since it fought against the Israelis in the Israeli War of Independence. The Saudis were on the loosing side of course, or Israel wouldn't be here. The Saudi's arent willing to join an anti-west alliance because if they loose than the west would not be very likley to buy much oil from them, but If they join the west's side, than of course they would be like Israel(except Muslim like the rest) and there is NO chance that they would join a MEC because it is the holy land and after the war(if anybody is still alive, or if it was a Nuclear war) than all Middle Eastern states(even Egypt) and many African nations would take down the government .

Saudi Arabia would NOT fight against a MEC, but there are many reasons why it would not fight with one.

They do need to "stop for permission" amazingly, we can't just blow the sh$% out of everything in sight like in the game Black(could you really blow up a building from shooting it with a MG?) there are things that you cannot do in war, such as drop the A-bomb on the religious capitol of Imperial Japan, or bomb the Imperial Palace during the Doolitle raid. Yes we plan, yes we try to make sure everything in order But this war is mobile and there are things that we cannot do such as invade a mosque, step on people, and destroy food for civilians.

Usually an occupying army tries not to offend people and turn the country against them...strange huh?

I am asking that another element of reality be added to this game, I have been the one defense guy because people want to see a splendid massive firefire inside the Mosque.

The firefire will be one sided!!! One side will get the slightest upper hand, and for the enemyteam, either they will get camped when they spawn, or they will get cut to shreds when they walk through the door.
Thats the reason why people have been fighting for it. It will not be what you expect so don't go arguing for this awesome fun fight its not happening! It would be more realistic if the USMC were not allowed to enter the Mosque but since it has been worked on so much I hardly doubt that the team will say
"yeah, the MEC can shoot out and the USMC can shoot in but they can't barge in, nuetron is right!"

No, they will agree with you, and come the release of Muttrah in 0.8 the Mosque will open to the United States Marine Corps....You win.

Personally I am a Pilot, so I could choose from the Harrier, or the Huey or the **** **** *********s, or the *********(not sure what I can say, but I won't until its release) So I will be in the air, and if I am MEC I could just pilot the ***-* or the *****. So USMC I will be flying, MEC I won't be near the mosque...

I won't be in the big h3ll hold bloodbath that is the battle for the Mosque, but I wanted to add some more reality to PR, sorry.

Now, with as little attitude as I can express over the internet... Good luck getting camped. Really, good luck when you are fighting for the Mosque, I know something else that will end the fight in a heartbeat(actually a-boot 7 heartbeats). When you play you will see, and for your sake I hope that you are always USMC while playing Muttrah v2.

I def. remember reading about marines getting permission and stuff to enter mousqe ground since there was a lot of fire coming down from there.

Anyway, according to geneva convention you are NOT allowed to go in to religious buildings like mousqe, etc.

BUT you are also NOT allowed to fire from such a place, deeming the building a threat.
