Anyone play PR with only one Arm?

my brother in law lost his hand years back. and i got him in to FPS 4 or 5 years back on CS/DOD and battlefield 2. he plays PR now and then and he does really good with only 1 hand. he even does good in the field in really life. he did not louse his tiger hand.

but he just open up a new tattoo shop so he does not really have allot of time to play.
