Great Britain Armed Forces separation?

This IS NOT a suggestion, since the U.S. forces are not being officially seperated into the USMC and the US Army, does that mean that Great Britain and possibly China are getting the same thing? Just curious.

highly doubt the brits will, the marines arent as well equipt or as big as there american counter parts.

I think it was done for the US mainly because the equipment differences and to make it realistic, like the USMC not using the blackhawk ect. Even if they did it would take forever, they have been talking about US Army for a long time.

I doubt it will be done for the chinese and brits for the above reasons, although if the brits ever do get a beach assualt map (in a future far far away) it would have to say royal marines in the synopsis to make sense

yeah, the RM and Army use pretty much the exact same equipment, clothing, everything.


The USMC and US Army are like two different armies, with different weapons, uniform, vehicles etc.

That's the reason for the US split.

Yep as said, the equipment made the split practical, whereas with the GB Armed Forces, they use just about the exact same weapons in the RMC and Army.
