Well in PR most battles are 2-3 hours long if some shorter depending on the situation, I would think that most can go without food for 4 hours :\

However water in canteen (or camelbaks for us forces) is not bad, mabye boost up the sprint bar... but it's silly to drink while in middle of running, or marching in formation. But heh I don't think it's neccesary after all it still is a game, not GTA..

Now the e-tool can have 2 additional settings: Dig sh*thole, and fold into a makeshift seat to lean upon whilst sh*tting. Add in a modified deviation to the seat to replicate the possibility of the soldier falling on his own ****.

Genius!

'[R-DEV wrote:coderedfox;756021']We will get to that when we get the Birthing system out of the way. You would be amazed how hard a bundled mesh DNA is to get working on such a slow engine.
Does that mean you got female soldiers now? Or are we relying on an Alien-esque stomach-bursting birth? What about the conception? Ohh and what about cross-forces kids? A half-MEC/half-USMC baby...

I worry that you are carrying a knife in such a condition

"MEDIC!!"
"Hold it i gotta piss"

Yeah i see this working out great :p
Actually, I do that with my squad ingame...

In the middle of the Kashan Desert, I'll suddenly go prone and tell my squad "Cover me while I go take a piss", and then leave for about a minute.

EDIT: One time, I actually went to the stall that Pancho mentioned before I said that, I could hear their laughter as I went afk.

ZOCOM is a 3 man team, looking for team play with eachother, and other people. If you see the ZOCOM squad ingame, and you've got VOIP and wanna pitch in to the squad, join up.

I think it would only work if you never died, and in PR you die a few times around so it wouldn't make sense having to eat since you change soldiers every so often...

i've hiked up a mountain +800ft elevation with one jerry can full of water on my back and other equipment (took a little over 3 hours), spent 4 days up in the mountain with only 1 single meal on the first night, through out those 4 days it rained non stop, i had to build a shelter, build a fire, smoke signal, and dig a latrine 2 feet deep in what was essentialy rock. (lol i only used that stupid latrine once) anyways those 4 days were spent very active and i managed to sprint down the mountain in 20 minutes to make it intime for breakfast at junior HQ

heheh cadets is fun, anywho if cadets do this i'm sure a soldier can do fine without food for a few days on the battlefield let alone 3 hours

I know I'm not supposed to break the NDA agreement I signed as a tester, but the DEVs are working on a deployable McDonald's Franchise with fully functioning restrooms. Each squad will have the option to open (deploy) a franchise at any flag on the map controlled by your side, and it will generate points for only your squad as long as there is at least one squad member behind the counter taking orders and one flipping burgers. I think it will take PR to a new level of squad and possibly even corporate teamwork.

A long time ago, a wise many once said to me "WTF Dude".

Nah, seriously.
This is completely unnecessary and just turns PR into 2nd life for soldiers, not a fun BF2 mod. Theres nothing wrong with adding such passive functions to the game such as building assets and resupplying friendlies; but i doubt reporting to the mess hall; performing pre-flight checks on the jesus-nut or spending hours filling mags and linking chains of ammo are quite what would fall under the catagory of "entertainment"; as computer games are often associated with.

Time wasted for the players and time wasted for the Developers implemented.
