Map Name:
No name, island based on american controlled island of Guam (at least I think it is)
Main Idea:
I want an island with various warfare, urban, jungle, village, farm, etc. With thick jungles of palm trees, large bushes. Sandy beaches ready for invasion.
Layout:
Usmc vs PLA
8x8 (could change to bigger)
7 Cap points
2 islands will be main bases
First cap from north is a village
Next cap down is a hotel, and village like resort
next is the city
next is a mountain village
next is a farm village, with farm lands surrounding it
No vehical layout yet

Screenshots:
EVERYTHING IS VERY WiP, and WILL PROBABLY CHANGE

There is more done, but I am lazy and don't want to take screen shots
HELP:
Well, here is the thing. The map crashes when getting to 14%. I ran debug, i ran in windowed, and I found nothing that people could recognize.
I also tried copying all the files, and putting it in a new map (while replacing all the old maps name to the new directorys name) and the map worked! But, there was no terrain. I think I might of forgotten terrain.raw (or something like that) But a second time I copied everything and the map crashed at 14%. I went back and tried to look for any objects that could be causing trouble, and I didnt find any. I also ran with no spawnable objects, and it still failed at 14. Ran with no objects, still failed at 14%. (note, i might of screwed up on those tests because of frustraiton, forgive me if I did, but I am planning redo them.) I also went in, re did init.con and made sure it was correct, still did not work.

So basically, I just want help with the blasted map. If it turns out I have to totally remake the terrain, that is fine, I will copy the staticobjects.con and continue. I really don['t want to settle for 4x4 because I want this to be a good jet map, a one project reality really lacks.
(note, english is not first language, and I might be adding to this thread)
Thanks.
