Aimpoint appears to be backwards

here is wiki on the m68 + a pic that shows it the correct way.

as you can see you guys have it flipped around

also saw this while browsing.

"The United States Marine Corps has ordered its officers (up to the rank of lieutenant colonel) and (senior) Staff Non-commissioned officers to carry the M4A1 carbine instead of the M9 handgun. This is in recognition that pistols are largely useless in current conflicts, and is in keeping with the Marine Corps motto, "Every Marine a rifleman." United States Navy corpsmen will also be issued M4A1s instead of the M9, according to the Marine Corps Times."

kits in PR are different

then it mentions use of M4A1(semi and full) not the M4(semi and burst). Currently PR has the M4 selector settings.

Forgive me if I am wrong, I am not in the USMC.

Good call. From looking at some screenshots from the latest build, the M68 CCO seems fixed.

afaik thats the vbf2 model so blame them

The model does not have to do with that type of scope,thet would be the blurscope.dds edited by the pr team,so it is there fault

It doesn't matter,the model is completely disregarded if there is a blurscope.dds file

If you change the 2D .dds file you won't help yourself.

It's based on the 3D model and therefore it looks same as the 3D model.


Change the 2D to look realistic and people will mind that the sights looks different than the actual model.



Anyway, there's really no point in changing anything at this stage - 0.8 is due to be released soon and it'll bring us a whole family of M4's with the US Army.
