i can hear any1 speak in PR because my voip things gets off. transmit and recive goes automaticly to 0. when i put mic ON on the computer it says "have to mute". and when i put the game on i can hear maybe like 5 secs speak and then it mutes it. im nt sure if u understad what i've written here but i hope some1 had the same problem so he can help me. thank u

Proper spelling and nothing that looks like leetspeak would really help people attempt to understand you, even if your english is bad. (It's not my native language either.)

But about your problem. Try turning off other programs that use your microphone input when you play PR. I've heard some people about it not working correctly when running teamspeak and trying to use the ingame voip system.
If that doesn't work out, what about reinstalling your drivers?
