Craig... are we free to come and go at will?
Just curious about the options... the missus wants to go camping in Dorset... and i was curious about the option to slip off in the early hours and return in the morn.. not a plan yet just a thought.

Kindly, sir, do not insult me! I'll touch lager only when there's absolutely nothing better to drink (with the possible exception of a cold quality pilsner or budwiser on a hot hot day)...
But my session beer would be a lovely bitter, or possibly an IPA... when I'm back in East Anglia visting my family, I prefer Adnams, if you know that?
Oh, with scampi fries. Mmmmm.

To answer the questions:
You will be free to come and go, you will just need one of use military guys to take you to the guardroom - to leave, and meet you to bring you back in, which is no probs, as I will give you my mobile number.
As for Drinks
Cold Budwieser, and then later on its gotta be JD ....... that would however be the end of gaming for me if I hit the Jack ...lol
Some Pics from Last year, Tank Museum and the Small Arms Trainer, I will try to set up for you all to have a go, and take the APWT (Annual Personal Weapons Test)
Will post some pics on the IT Suite we will be using on Monday so you can see the 2 rooms for Gaming too.

Pffft, 6 hour drive is nothing!
Were it not for me living in Norway, I'd gladly drive for 12 hours to attend this!
Gl and hf
And don't drink to much and game, you'll probably end up sucking mah balls when I dip them in your mouth

Real beer. Normally prefer pale ales, but there are a few strong, dark ones I love too. If there's no ale available (as is the case in a worryingly large number of bars) I'll choose cider over lager - but preferably something not as sweet as magners. The other alternative, of course, is single malt scotch.Sgt.Smeg wrote:So, what kind of beer do all you R-Dev's drink? Larger-louts, or do you drink real beer?![]()

Post 1 , updated with some pictures of the 2 IT Suites we will be using, so you can see what your "space" will be like.
Bear in mind the Computer towers will be removed prior as they are no good to run PR.

I am getting seriously pumped about this weekend... I'll have just handed in my final dissertation and all the trimmings with it, I'll be well up for a great weekend
Quick question Craig - does the IT suite have an external connection that will let PR through, or is the internal network closed to the outside world? Just wondering if we'll be able to field a team of 28 LAN-ers against a pubbie side (and rip them to shreds, obviously
)...

I dont think the external connection could handle it, it falls to its knees streaming video from youtube
