Inurgent spawn point bug.

Not that major, I was playing Al-Basrah today and one of the Spawn points(the insurgent rally type ones) didn't have the spawn(circle) by it, it showed the Green circle with the letter "C" on it, but you couldn't spawn there.

They usually have a green C on it, mabey someone was blocking it o.0
