I'm just woundering where you can get the userbars for PR. I'm sure other people would like them too.

How ist with the dogtags? In this userbars are still the pr dogtags so are they still allowed?

Well the userbar itself is made by Evil homer, so I'm sure its ok. If som1 modified the userbar content but the dogtags remained, there would be a problem

Yeah, those userbars are fine for community members to use so long as they remain unedited.
