Pub Games vs Clan Matches/Tourney's

PRT is the best (and only, hence forth the best) Tournament in PR. No matter what team your on, or if you win or lose the game is always enjoyable. There is nothing better than making a battle plan and then seeing your team achieve it goals through that plan.

If your ever in town at the PRT, just send me a PM and I'll fill you in, as I'm kind of, just a little bit important.

Eddiereyes909, is right. Even in the NATO you will find a good TEAMPLAY. A great team organization. Also you will find an uniq team coordination at a big scale. Everyone obeying to the commander and acting like one only entity. Something you will never find in public.
You can find it only in the biggest clans or in the PRT.
However there is a drawback, you need to show up regularly or you will be kicked.

But overall, organized players > random players. During the past year I don't think I have EVER joined a random squad. I always play with my friends, that way I know that every single round is going to be good.

Strange, Hence why I never go for the whole locked squads thing, I'm always playing with a load of randoms, mebbe 1 or 2 I know and have played with before.
Kinda detrimental for the whole community if anyone who is good dosnt have the patience to offer n00bs a lil bit of guidance and help create a good squad that improves everyones play, if we all just lock away with people we "know are good" then prety soon there'll be no one who's good...

Even times when I've not been SL (rarely) I feel as though I can join a squad and encourage people to work together far better, being dissappointed in folks rather than bitching *waaaaah I need an engineer* works far better...

Joined a random squad on Qwai once, absolutly scattered to hell, encouragement and so forth soon me and another dude are crewing a tank, Engy ***** hops in the 50. cal, SL has a bodyguard with him as he moves in to the flag, meanwhile the guy halfway across the map gets designated as Recon and so spots every vehicle coming out of US main... Soon we're getting support from IAJTHOMAS' squad and we're giving them lotsa support with our tank whilest they attack

Quite often actually I find Pubby SMs better than some strict clan members as SMs, Oft you find clan members are stuck up their own *** and question every decision you make, whereas a Pubby (when barked at in the right tone) if you say jump usually asks "how high?"
Actually it usually goes "Can I get a sniper kit?"
"NO I need a support gunner to cover the squad as we move through the streets, get auto rifle and move to the right hand side of the squad NOW... Please " "Yessir ok "

Or in joining the unfunctional squad as an SM where the SL has given up hope... "what we doing boss? defence, attack?"
"ohh anything *I dont want to live anymore*"
"why not defend? bring the boys back and we could hold this area, I've got east side"
"ok everyone back here"
"Come on Dudes get back to SL lets do this and secure this flag"
