Don't worry, I'm doing the same. My excuse is that it's not just a LAN, and I'm going for the other stuff. :P

Joking aside, this isn't really a LAN Party. It's a tax deductable legitimate business expense... honest!

I'll be and bringing a couple of new Canon eos 1d mark 111 and a few L series lenses so any pictures we have of the party will be amazing. :-)

thanks for the heads up UK Force, have done that a couple of days ago.
i see that there are a lot of guys signed up for this, i hope i can be squezzed in somewhere!
its a 6 hr drive for me to bovington, so with the 10am meetup it might be better if i came the night before and got in a cheap b&b, if i make a place of course. anyway this sound like an umissable event, well worth the 12hr round trip, can't wait

The nominal Role now has 29 names on it, 30 was our original target. So one more definite place open.

Though anyone beyong 30 who is still interested and would like to come, please continue to PM me your details, and we will see what we can do.

Good to see a reassurring response from the community, these sort of things are difficult to organise, and a good support encourages more people to organise such things in the future :) :)
