Re: PR Player Recommendation Thread
Thanks Brummy, Just as he recommended me I am recommending him. Even with Brummy mic-less there was still a large amount of communication between us while in the APC and Scimitar. And even more while searching for Caches. Ended up only having to find 1 More Cache during the last seconds of the round. Brits still had 200ish tickets, There were only 6 people to each side but it was still a great game.Brummy wrote:Davetboy, a fine lad and very fun to play with![]()
Player name: Brummy

Re: PR Player Recommendation Thread
Want to recomend these players for the excellent teamwork over at Ejod Dessert in the T&T server.
Eagle Ylann. Medicing, Sniping.
Indo82. Medicing the full round! Saved me a lot as well
Stalker823 ( I believe ) Sniper and ANTI-APC.
Somelose. AT as well at some point
Zippy136. Grenadier.
All these guys worked together perfect. Thanks for the great round and forgiveness of my girlfriend's bad music taste

Ok,
I had an awesome game at Kuffrah with these guys. I was squadleader and they all performed excellent. Followed orders, came with own suggestions, good shots etc. etc.
Pr Nato ( I believe ) Sainirius
Hellcypher. Altough his mic was a bit quiet
XshadowGx
Typath13
traimarsev ( sorry mate! Couldnt remember all of your name )
And a fine squadleader in the 2 rounds in the 2 rounds ahead of this round:
Davemccx. And the rest of the squad was great as well but cant think of the names. Sorry! I remember Cyphus and Logo and 2 guys from APG clan or something like that! I have got to instal Xfire for those screenshots ( or fraps )

Re: PR Player Recommendation Thread
Praising some of the CATA boys.
Players: ibleedgravy, H1tman, Saladinn (I believe that's what it was), Deman (I have NO clue how close I am to his real ingame name, I know it starts with a De or something, so sorry!), and Richy.
Kits: Interchanging; Many Rifleman, Marksman, Engineer, LAT (I'm pretty sure I saw one just once), and a Grenadier.
Map/Side: Al Basrah, British
Act of Heroism: A somewhat slow day for the insurgents, it would seem. All of these guys were a VERY tight group. The firefights were always concentrated and you didn't even have to say a word before they started adding some rounds to the target. I myself decided I would choose medic, being that it was a PRT group and that I figured maybe I could help them out a bit; They kept me busier keeping us alive than I ever have before (and in a very GOOD way, considering how long we lasted because of it without respawning, even with rallies nearby and constantly moving). Some of the simplest tactics they did astounded me; how could NO ONE in a pub, ever thought of anything other than "shoot shoot shoot knife shoot shoot shoot", I was more than honored to enjoy a round of the british destroying ALL the caches with just a bit under 100 tickets strong, quite a few of the caches were found and destroyed by the squad, even without intel.
I felt so bad, however, when we were at the north end of the island (behind the buildings) and I had somehow been revived earlier with an engineer kit. One of the CATA boys was coughing up and throwing field dressings, and I told him I'd patch him up; I hit 4, meaning to hit 5 by accident, clicked intending to walk up to him and patch him up, and ended up putting a slug round right into his rear end, and killing him with no medic kit nearby to right my wrong. Luckily for me, his words were 'it's okay, you revived me enough times already to make up for it.'
In short, if I ever get to partake in that group again, I will be a good little medic and follow the squad wherever they go, as they give me something to actually do other than healing a little british booboo from some dolt falling off of some steps.
