I always thought that A-A Rifleman is the counter-part for HAT and not LATFearosius wrote:Anti-Air Rifleman: I thought I remembered hearing that the AA Rifleman was getting optics on his rifle along with his LAT counter-part which did receive them in 0.7. Optics for AA-R would be a prime-attractor to the kit as everyone knows that it is by far the least requested kit.
There are a lot of ammo caches on the insurgency map + ammo bags from the insurgents. Do you realy need more ammo? Insurgents are not so good equiped you nowFearosius wrote:With the Insurgents, I think another one or two extra magazines would be OK for the SVD, I mean look at the Millitia SVD kit, 11 extra mags compared to 1 =\
Ghillie suit is not rendered on greater distances so it doesn't matter anyway (at least for me).Fearosius wrote:I don't think the Sniper needs anything for the time being except a working Ghillie suit which from what I've heard is hard to do for the BF2 engine. For the UK (the only conven. army WITHOUT a ghillie suit) a Ghillie suit would be nice too, fit in with all the other conven. armies.
Well, I'm not quite sure for this oneFearosius wrote:Officer: Flashbangs need to be rid of for Officer.

Many of those seem hard coded and would have been done already if possible. Others sound quite good.

I'd rather see a Scorpion or the MR444, it's not an anti-infantry kit.I would like to see the AK-47 be added back to the SA-7 kit.

crouch thing should be kept as is, people do the jack in the box thing IRL all the time, i do it all the time for paintball.
and yes the red and green smokes need to rise higher, if you threw it in denser areas the choper or your team mates would never see it as it is now

I like the AA rifleman sounds uselful.Fearosius wrote: Anti-Air Rifleman: I thought I remembered hearing that the AA Rifleman was getting optics on his rifle along with his LAT counter-part which did receive them in 0.7. Pilot: A MUST for the Pilot kit is a set of binoculars in-case of a crash.
Head-bobing while running (like in 2142), possible blurred edges on edge of screen?
Longer draw times on ALL Equipment/Weapons(slow down draw animation?)
The Pilot shouldn't get binoculars. I love binoculars probably more than most people, but pilots don't carry them.
Head-bobbing has already been suggested, check the "things already suggested."
Longer draw times on stuff like AT weapons, but not rifles. If you keep your rifle slung across your chest (which is quite common) you can get it to your hip in like 3 seconds. I can get it from slung to shoulder in like 4 seconds (I practice a lot with a safe weapon (ie. no ammo))

Re: The Big List of PR Infantry Suggestions.
I have a couple ideas:
1. Pistols for every kit, i dont troops in real life not carring side arms and trust me I hate when i reloading my M-16 and an enemy comes in a rooms and i have nothing to fight him back with but a knife at the time i am reloading.
2. Shorter timer on the M2 Slams, Remove C4 from spec ops kit, and add more slams with bit more punch.
3. Pilots should have more field dressing like 1 ir 2 more.
4. Pilots geta weapon more than a pistol, like an Mp5 usually helichopter pilots are issed a side arm, and an mp5. Reason: If youre shot down say like on kashan desert and youre closest pick up half way across the map you want to be able to get a pick up and live but have to fight off ak wielding enemies, at least you have a higher survival rate.
Other Notes:
1 Frag grenade fuses are 5 seconds in PR, there 5 seconds in real life. Flashbangs could use a short fues to 3 seocnds, that how long they are in real life so that when they them the go off almost instantly when they enter the room.

i disagree with the less recoil for the G3, ive fire one, many times, and the recoil over long ranges is high. (high as in the further you try to shoot the sight will move up more. people that go shooting will hopefully know what im on about)

I was gonna say make the fuse on the frag grenades shorter but that would be unrealistic so how about right click and hold could be like pull the pin and hold but you only get five seconds untill it goes off. Right click tap could still be used to drop a grenade though.

Re: The Big List of PR Infantry Suggestions.
Pilots should get the MP7. But honestly I don't think there is a need. You get shot down in a helo, your toasted. I haven't seen anyone land a helo that took an AA round. As far as jets go, I have no experience there but I would figure it would be similar.
Pistols in all kits is again as stated unrealistic, and the whole point is ammo conservation, you run outta your primary you're just SOL.
C4 should stay.
On Topic:
Stamina should stay the way it is. I can still jump numerous times after I have pretty much exhausted myself running (and I do it in military gear i.e. MOLLE, cammies, etc)
Blurred outside of scope. Actually it isn't all that blurry. Take an AR or some sort of rifle capable of mounting optics, then look down the sites with both eyes open. The only thing blurry will be the outside of the scope and maybe your rifle. The whole idea is that you WON'T get tunnel vision and keep your 360 awareness.
Prone inability to fire while moving. I can do it irl, it's difficult but I can do it.
That's about it for now.
