Other languages of the PR Manual available?

I have one short question about the Project Reality 0.8 manual. I see the Dutch flag on the second page of the Manual. And it says: Download other language versions (availability varies). Where can I find them? And is there an Dutch version of the Project Reality 0.8 manual available?

Other language versions are in the works but may need a few days or even weeks to be completed depending on the speed of the translators. Be patient and thank those guys putting in the effort to make the game even more accessible.
